Hope you all had a wonderful Valentine’s Day! Jamie and I don’t celebrate it (I always say it should be Valentine’s Day everyday), but I get that it gives people an excuse to celebrate love and I can support that. We brought home Chick-Fil-A and watched episodes of the Chicago series. Have you guys seen that? It’s such a good show!
How did you spend Valentine’s Day? Do you celebrate?

Old Navy Crew Neck Sweatshirt — this is very fitting for Valentine’s Day week because it says “All for Love” on it. Such a cute basic.
Boat Neck Knit Sweater — one of my new favorites. It’s such a cute style and feel so much more expensive than it actually is!
Jersey Sweat-pant Joggers — I’m actually wearing these right now. They are just a great fit and a super comfortable material!

valentine’s day candy board
As requested, I finally created the candy board for Valentine’s Day this week. It was so fun to go to Sweet Factory and find all the pink, red and purple candies. Bulk candy is one of my favorites and it’s so easy to go overboard! I started this one by making a heart shape out of rope candy — I used that as a boarder and started to fill in the middle. The small ball candies were the hardest because they kept wanted to roll around so I saved those for last and created little holes to fill in. After the heart was complete, I took the boarder off and created the arrow going through the heart. That was actually Jamie’s idea and I’m so happy with how it turned out!
