CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Pick-up can be arranged based on request. We offer delivery of all orders. Delivery is free within Santa Rosa, and we can also deliver to some surrounding cities for an additional fee.

CAN I PLACE A SAME-DAY ORDER?

No, all orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days in advance. If you need something last minute, please call or shoot us an email and we will try to accommodate you!
A 20% rush fee may be applied to the order.

CAN I REFRIGERATE THE BOARD?

We always recommend eating it right away. If you plan to serve it later, please let us know so we can make the correct adjustments to your board.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

7+ Days Prior to Delivery: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund, excluding any collected deposits, which are non-refundable.
48 Hours to 7 Days Prior to Delivery: Cancellations made between 48 hours and 7 days prior to delivery will receive a credit applicable toward a future order. Any collected deposits remain non-refundable.
Less Than 48 Hours Prior to Delivery: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued.
For custom orders, please refer to your contract for specific cancellation terms.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES?

Please note all boards are made in a kitchen that handles all main allergens. We do our best to accommodate allergies, however there is a high risk of cross-contamination. Please let us know any dietary requirements or allergies checkout form.

WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE BOARDS MADE OF?

Our boards are made of a fully compostable wood material that you can dispose of after use. They also come with a plastic cover for easy storage and safe keeping.

CAN I USE MY OWN BOARD?

Yes! We’d love to create something on your own piece. Please inquire about pricing.
