What a freaking week. And in more ways than one. Not only did we have the presidential election and all the drama involved with it, but I had the most stressful work week. Because of that I didn’t share as much as I had planned this week. I have lots coming up though and it’s all things Holiday!
This week did end in the best way though with two days of wine tasting! I took my mom and god-mom out to Chalkhill on Friday for a Fried Chicken and Caviar Chardonnay Pairing. It was the best fried chicken I’ve ever had, plus it was gluten free! Then Jamie and I did a day date yesterday and went out to both Coppola properties. We did wine tasting at Francis Ford Coppola, Too (previously Virginia Dare) and then a late lunch at Rustic at Francis Ford Coppola Winery. Between the two days I came home with 13 bottles of wine so needless to say it was the perfect weekend.
