I cannot believe Thanksgiving is in like 4 days! So crazy. I cannot wait to hang out with family and eat all the things. I think mashed potatoes are my favorite — what’s yours?
With Thanksgiving also comes Black Friday. I’ve always been a huge proponent of boycotting that day and doing some fun activity outside instead of shopping. Go spend time with your family. I’m not even sure if I’ll share any sales for that day - unless they launch before Thanksgiving which a lot of times they do!
I will however be sharing for Small Business Saturday! I’m working on a local Sonoma County guide for shopping this day. I think it’s very important to support our local small businesses, especially after the last few months of fires and power shutoffs.
In case you missed them, I put out two new gift guides this week. One is Gifts Under $50 and the other is Gift Ideas for the Parents.
best sellers
Old Navy Coat — the best coat and an unbeatable price!
Sole Society Lacie Weekender — this bag was featured in my Gift Guide for Her: The Traveler and is such a great style!
Old Navy High Waist Skinny Jeans — these jeans are currently on sale for 50% off and I want them in every color. They are seriously such a great fit!
H&M Turtleneck Tunic Sweater — so soft and can be work with everything from shorts to leggings! You could even pull it off as a dress.

recipes we tried
Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo — this was our first recipe in an instant pot and it was so good! It probably wasn’t the best recipe to start with because there was a lot of before and after work, but the 3 minute cook time is still mind blowing!
Slow Cooker Queso Chicken Tacos — I shared these on stories the day we ate them because they were so good I couldn’t wait to tell you about them. It’s basically just cheesy chicken, but so freaking good.
Beef Stroganoff — one of our favorites. I tried to make it this week with a new meat from Trader Joe’s which I will never do again. But that sauce you get from this recipe is honestly good on anything!
